Returns.

Each piece is printed after you order, so we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will exchange it for a new one at no cost.

3D prints show fine layer lines, and colours can look slightly different on screen. That is the process, not a defect.

Message us as soon as you can. If printing has not started, we will cancel your order and refund you.

Refunds apply to cancelled orders only. They go back to your original payment method, and your bank decides the timing, usually 5 to 7 working days.
